Exterior finish: The hull is painted with bitumen and upper is Green.

Doors: Steel rear doors & sliding roof hatch - steel side doors with wood paneling, hard wood glazed front doors

Windows: All brass anodised aluminium Caldwells windows with top hopper style vents: Port side: 3 x large windows and 2 x portholes. Starboard side: 2 x large windows, Side Doors & 2 x porthole.

The layout of this boat from the stern is double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area & then lounge.

Double bedroom: Large wardrobe, 3 cupboards, 2 drawers, 2 shelves, 6"6' x 4ft double bed with sprung mattress, 2 individual reading lights

Bathroom: Full sized shower within a fully lined cubicle, a vanity sink, airing cupboard & calorifire, C200 Thetford plumbed in cassette toilet

Kitchen: Gas cooker with 4 burner hob & oven & grill in stainless steel, a full sized 240V fridge, stainless steel sink & drainer, 240V Stainless Steel Microwave, plenty of cupboard space.Lounge: This area is 11ft long with a TV aerial, numerous 240V sockets, 2 x 12V cigar lighter sockets, 3 cupboards.

Dining Area: L shaped seating unit which extends into double bed

Lounge & Bedroom Areas

Engine: The boat is powered by a Vetus 415 diesel engine. The engine powers the alternator to charge the starter battery and the three 200amp leisure batteries.

Heating: Heating is provided by multi fuel stove.
Gas: 1 x 13kg Propane cylinders housed in the bow locker to provide gas to the oven, grill and hob.


Fire safety: 3 x 1kg dry powder extinguishers and 1 x fire blanket.

Water: 70 gallon stainless steel water tank located beneath the well deck. Water pump, pressure switch and accumulator are located under the dining unit. Water in the 14 gallon twin coil calorifier is heated by the engine.

Electrics: 240V circuit from land line with RCD. 12V lights throughout protected by fuses. 1800W Sterling Inverter. 1 x 12V (95 amp/hr) engine start battery.

Insulation and ballast: Insulation is 2" polystyrene on the roof, 2" below gunnel height & 1" on the sides. There are concrete bricks under the floor boards for the ballast.

Viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate the high standard of fitting and finish.

Interior is built in lightoak and finished with a sapele trim.

This craft is built to all RCD standards.

This boat is ideal for long term cruising or live aboard.
