RIVER PRINCESS
Freeman 23ft Cruiser Mark 3.
The latest edition of the 23 ft Freemans.
It is a 4 berth with new curtains and half recovered cushions
(material included for you to finish!)
A classic 1972 built boat with all the interior original woodwork which is typical of this kind of boat and makes it very sought after.
It is in good condition and has a factory fitted hardtop which you can see in one of the pictures when ths canopy is off.
This picture also shows the woodwork which carries on into the interior.
The canopy could do with replacing but will do for a while, a lot of places are making these although original parts for this boat can still be obtained from Freeman Cruisers in Oxford.

The hull is very good and was antifouled only 18 months ago.
The boat has a new Boat Safety Certificate to 2010.
It has been rewired and the Ford Watermota petrol engine is sound.
The gearbox has had a recent overhaul which makes this boat ready to put on the water.
Included 2 new batteries also.
Last Summer it was moored on Lake Windermere but we have no time to go any more so are giving up boating.
There are still moorings up there and the boat will go just up to the 10 mile speed limit, maybe more but we didn't push it!

It has a Flavel gas cooker on board, a sink, new stainless steel petrol and water tanks and a porta loo just used for one season.
It also has a working radio and speakers and a fish finder.
There is a wardrobe/storage space and draws and a pull down table to seat 4 around which converts to make 2 berths, the other 2 berths being up front.
All in all a great classic boat at a very reasonable price
